Doodling Art
Doodling is a great way to be creative. Just allow your pen to go where you like on the page, creating shapes and lines, flowers, rockets, whatever you like. Fill the page with doodling lines and then use this as a basis to create a piece of art. Colouring or painting in whatever you've doodled. Art should be freeing, by learning how to doodle and allowing your intuition to take over rather than your head, you'll be allowing creativity to develop and your mind to rest. Don't judge what ends up on the page, just colour it in and enjoy the result. Create a piece of unique doodle art. Just use colours that speak to you and your colouring will become a healing exercise as well.

To help you start it is sometimes good to just put a mark on the page. I've always found, when creating my artwork, that I always have to get rid of the white canvas first, before I can start. By simply changing the background or making a mark, I can then get going. I have created some downloadable / printable pages below with simple doodle marks on, so you can build your doodle art around these marks. See them as a launchpad, if you need them.
